FUJIFILM Showcases Latest Dynamic Visualization II * Image Processing At RSNA 2016

STAMFORD, Conn., Nov. 22, 2016  -- (Booth #6713, North Building, Hall B) -- FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc., a leading provider of diagnostic imaging products and medical informatics solutions, will present the next generation of its cutting edge image processing technology, Dynamic Visualization II at the annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), from November 27 – December 2, 2016 at McCormick Center in Chicago, Illinois.

"We are excited to introduce our latest evolution of Dynamic Visualization II processing which now combines state-of-the-art structure and feature recognition to generate highly enhanced images," said Rob Fabrizio, Director of Strategic Marketing, Digital x-ray and Women's Health, FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. "This innovative new processing can help dramatically improve visualization of challenging and everyday images, and minimize the need for additional exposures or retakes."

Dynamic Visualization II addresses the challenge of clearly observing and adapting processing parameters for changes in contrast and density due to dense anatomy, structural obstructions, orthopedic hardware, differences in thicknesses and over and under penetrated areas. Dynamic Visualization II takes full advantage of the wide range of image data acquired with the high sensitivity of Fujifilm's advanced detector technologies. Dynamic Visualization II Image Processing provides improved contrast and density stability throughout the entire exposure region and achieves improved anatomic structure visibility across a wider range of patient thicknesses, especially for bariatric imaging.

To register for a product demonstration at RSNA 2016 or to learn more about Fujifilm's comprehensive digital x-ray portfolio, please visit: http://rsna.fujimed.com/

* Dynamic Visualization II will be made commercially available in the US upon receipt of FDA Clearance
