November 21, 2018 – HealthMyne is honored to be among the 50 Wisconsin people, companies, and organizations named to the inaugural “50 on Fire” list recently announced by Wisconsin Inno, a digital media and events portal to and for the state’s burgeoning startup and tech communities.
The list of “50 on Fire” winners ranges from innovative upstarts to publicly traded tech giants to organizations looking to make Wisconsin’s tech scene more diverse, all of whom had a banner year in 2018 in terms of new funding, product launches, big hires or innovative approaches to solving problems.
“We are so proud to be in the company of some of the biggest movers and shakers across the state’s tech communities,” says Neal Miller, Vice President of Marketing at HealthMyne. “2018 is a breakthrough year for HealthMyne, so it’s great to be recognized among such a prestigious group. We are looking forward to an even more exciting 2019.”
The list cites HeathMyne’s 2018 raise of $15 million in venture capital for its cancer care software that gives physicians more information about the tumors they’re treating, such as volume, density, mass and doubling-times. HealthMyne's technology helps physicians monitor the progress of a cancer patient's treatment, letting them more clearly analyze differences from one scan to the next.
Since March 2018, Wisconsin Inno has been covering and connecting the state’s innovation ecosystem, producing digital media and events about the entrepreneurs, executives, startups, businesses, trends and topics that are the shaping the present and future of Wisconsin’s economy. Wisconsin Inno is a local extension of American Inno, cultivating a national audience of next-gen business leaders and assembling a network of local innovation expertise.
A celebration of the “50 on Fire” winners – individuals and companies that are moving Wisconsin’s tech scene forward – will take place on December 5, 2018, at South Second in Milwaukee where seven of the 50, selected by a panel of esteemed judges, will be awarded the additional designation of “Inno Blazer.”
